摘要
目的:建立溶剂解吸-气相色谱法测定工作场所中甲基异戊醇的检测技术。方法:对工作场所空气中甲基异戊醇用活性炭管采集,用5%异丙醇CS2溶液解吸,经FFAP毛细柱分离,FID检测器检测。结果:本方法测定工作场所空气中甲基异戊醇线性范围为0 g/ml^200 g/ml,检出限为2.5 g(进样1μl液体),最低检出浓度为0.2029 mg/m3(采集1.5 l)。甲基异戊醇在0 g/ml^200 g/ml浓度范围内,其相对标准偏差范围为4.7%~6.4%。结论:本方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、操作简单,仪器配置要求低,适用于工作场所空气中甲基异戊醇浓度的日常监测。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of methyl isoamyl alcohol in the workplace air by solvent desorption - gas chromatography. Methods: Methyl isoamyl alcohol was collected from workplace air using activated carbon tube, desorbed with 5% isopropyl alcohol and CS2 solution, separated on FFAP capillary column, and finally detected by FID detector. Results: The linear range of methyl isoamyl alcohol in workplace air was 0μg/ ml - 200 μg/ml, the detection limit was 2.5 μg/ml ( 1 μl liquid for injection), the minimum detection concentra- tion was 0. 2029 mg/m3 (with acquisition of 1.5 1), and the relative standard deviation was 4.7% - 6.4%. Con- clusion : This method is rapid, accurate, high sensitive, easy to operate, with low - level instrument, thus it is ap- plicable to the daily monitoring of methyl isoamyl alcohol in workplace air.
