老年糖尿病患者血清皮质醇及其相关激素在衰老中的意义

摘要 目的 :研究老年糖尿病患者血清皮质醇 (F)、相关激素的变化与血糖浓度及衰老的关系。方法 :选择 5 4例 2型老年糖尿病病人 ,分为有合并症组 32例 ,无合并症组 2 2例 ;另选择 32例老年人作为正常对照组 ,所有受试者均检测血 F、脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)、胰岛素样生长因子 - 1(IGF- 1)、生长激素 (GH)、胰岛素 (Ins)及空腹血糖 (FBG)。结果 :糖尿病两组与正常对照组比较 :F,GH,Ins及 FBG明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,DHEA及 IGF- 1明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;糖尿病合并症组与非合并症组比较 ,F,GH,Ins及 FBG明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,DHEA及 IGF- 1虽降低 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :老年糖尿病患者 F,GH,Ins及 FBG比正常对照组明显升高 ,有合并症的糖尿病患者比无合并症患者亦明显升高 ,尤其以 F升高为明显 ;DHEA及 IGF- 1在糖尿病两组中明显降低 ,其降低可能与衰老有关。 Objective:To get the information about the relations between the changes of the adrenocortical hormone (F),the related hormone in the serum of old diabetes (DM) patients,blood glucose and aging Methods:54 cases of Type 2 DM were divided into complication group and non complication group;32 cases of healthy old persons as normal control group F,dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA),isulin like growth factor (IGF 1),growth hormone (GH),insulin (Ins) and first blood glucose (FBG) were measured respectively Results:Compared with normal control group,F,GH,Ins and FBG was elevated obviously (P<0 05),but both DHEA and IGF 1 significantly decreased in DM group Compared with non complication group,F,GH,Ins and FBG were elevated obviously(p<0 05),but both DHEA and IGF 1 decreased There is no significance statistically in complication group (P>0 05) Conclusions:The levels of F,GH,Ins and FBG in old DM patients were significantly higher than those of the healthy old persons,and those of DM with complication was higher than that in DM with out complication,The level of F significantly was elevated Both DHEA and IGF 1 decreased obviously in the DM groups There was no correlation with complication,but,there may be correlation with aging
