超声辅助提取氢化物发生原子荧光法测定鹅肉中无机砷 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声提取,以氢化物发生原子荧光法测定了鹅肉样品中无机砷含量。通过比较提取的无机砷与样品中的总砷含量,评价了6mol/L盐酸、1mol/L硝酸、1mol/L磷酸和50%vol甲醇水溶液4种不同提取溶剂下的提取效率。发现6mol/L盐酸的提取效率最高,为61%。同时,以稳定性更好的二甲基硅油作为消泡剂代替了正辛醇,得到更好的精密度。对实验条件优化后,这种无机砷的方法检测限可以达到0.27μg/kg,实验的精密度为1.6%,加标回收率为96.5%~104.0%。这种方法不仅有助于提高检验效率,而且更加环境友好。 A determination method of inorganic arsenic in goose was developed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) after ultrasound-assisted extraction. With the comparison of inorganic and total arsenic, the extraction percentage of the four solvents 6mol/L HC1, 1 mol/L HNO3, 1 mol/L H3PO4 and 50%vol methanol-water were evaluated. The extraction percentage of 6mol/L HC1 gave a good efficiency of 61%. Meanwhile, antifoam octanol was replaced by stable dimethieone with better relative standard derivation. The limit of detection of the method was 0.271μg/kg. The relative standard derivation was 1.6%. The recovery was in the range of 96.5%-104.0%. This method was rapid, efficiency and envi- ronmentally fi'iendly.
