摘要
该商业建筑由于建筑面积不断增加,空调系统规模逐渐扩大,空调模式包括全空气系统、风机盘管加新风系统、吊顶式空调机组等,造成空调系统缺乏整体设计,运行过程出现了室内温度不均匀、空气品质差、设备负荷偏低、新风量少、水力不平衡、吊顶式机组冷凝水无法正常排放等诸多问题。通过分析提出了空调系统改造的优选方案并进行了实施。改造前后运行情况的对比结果证明了该方案的有效性。
With increase of the floor area,the scale of the air conditioning system expands gradually.The air conditioning modes involve all air system,fan coil plus fresh air system and ceiling air conditioning units,leading to inefficient integral design and the problems of uneven indoor temperature,poor air quality,low equipment load,insufficient fresh air,hydraulic imbalance,unusual emission of condensed water of the ceiling air conditioning unit during operation.Puts forward an optimized scheme of the air conditioning system based on the analysis result and performs reformation.Compares the system performance before and after optimization,which illustrates that the optimized scheme is advisable and feasible in engineering applications.
