Analysis on Chinese medicine for the treatment of membranous nephropathy

探析中医药治疗膜性肾病的治法。认为治疗时既应补益脾肾以治其本,又须清理湿、热、瘀等病理产物,还宜调理肝肺,协调气、血、水运行。同时积极治疗原发病,病证结合论治。

This paper analyses different therapies of TCM in treating membranous nephropathy （MN）. For the treatment, invigorating spleen and kidney to treat root should he paid attention, removing dampness, heat, blood stasis and other pathological products should be noticed, and regulating liver and lung to help the movement of qi, blood and water should be paid attention as well. Meanwhile, it＇ s very important to treat the primary diseases actively and combine them with the syndromes.
