探讨马大正诊治慢性盆腔疼痛的临床经验。认为应重视三合诊在妇科检查中的重要作用;病因以湿瘀互结为主,病久易寒湿内结;诊治宜辨证论治,多用经方,结合中药保留灌肠。并附验案2则。

This paper discusses Professor Ma Dazheng＇ s experiences in treating chronic pelvic pain. It is argued that vagino-recto-abdominal examination plays a very important role in gynecological examination. The interior retention of dampness and blood stasis is the cause of the disease, and the cold and dampness would be stagnated after a long time. The treatment of the disease should be based on syndrome differentiation. Combining classical prescriptions and retention enema with herbs are effective for chronic pelvic pain. Two proven cases were presented.
