介绍何新慧教授治疗子宫肌瘤的临床经验。提出分期而治的治疗原则,经期以化瘀止血为主,非经期以消瘤扶正为主;用药强调气血同调,消补兼施,寒温同用。并附验案1则。

This paper introduces Professor He＇s clinical experience in treating hysteromyoma. She views that hysteromyoma should be treated by different stages, which is the therapeutic principle. During menstruation, resolving blood stasis to stop bleeding should be applied; during the menstrual cycle, eliminating myoma and strengthening vital qi should be applied. On medication, she emphasizes regulating qi and blood, dispersing and supplementing simultaneous, using cold and warm medicine simultaneously. One proven case was presented.
