摘要
心阳不足是心悸的主要病机之一。临床治疗当温补心阳、肾阳,首选桂枝甘草汤,并根据兼症加味。
Heart-yang insufficiency is one of the pathogeneses of palpitation. Clinical treatment lies in supplementing heart-yang, kidney yang. ＂Guizhi Gancao Decoction＂ is the first choice, and it can be modified by its symptoms.
