摘要 采用蛋白酶对蚕丝织物进行脱胶,为提高蚕丝脱胶效果,在酶练之前对织物进行预处理,以促进丝胶膨润、软化。酶脱胶工艺的优化条件为:酶2.0-2.5g/L,pH值9~10,温度40~50℃,时间40—45min。与皂碱脱胶效果相比,采用酶脱胶工艺的蚕丝织物断裂强力、毛效与脱胶率均较高,手感较好,较柔软,仅白度稍差。 Degumming of silk fabric with protease is carried out. Pretreatment of silk fabric before degumming can promote swelling and softening of silk gum. The degumming process is optimized as follows: protease 2.0-2.5 g/L, pH value of 9 - 10, degumming at 40-50 ℃ for 40-45 min. The results show that the breaking strength, capillary effect and degumming rate of silk fabric are higher compared with those treated with soap-alkali degumming process. The degummed silk fabric has soft handle but a sliclhtlv decreased whiteness.
