摘要
综述了黄磷尾气净化技术和净化后CO的利用情况。全面分析了吸收法、吸附法、催化氧化法等净化技术以及利用净化后的CO制备甲醇、二甲醚、丙烯酸和碳酸二甲酯等应用情况。指出净化技术已比较成熟,净化后的CO可以合成高附加值的化工产品,尾气再利用是黄磷企业的发展趋势。
The purification technology of yellow phosphorus tail gas and CO utilization were reviewed. The purification technology such as soak-up method, absorption method and catalytic oxidation method and after purification CO used for producing methanol, dimethyl ether, cryhc acid and dimethyle carbonate were analysed comprehensively. It was pointed out that the purification process could meet the utilization requirement of CO after purification to produce chemicals with high additional value. The utihzation of CO from yellow phosphorus tail gas is the development trend of the enterprises in future.
