Effect of objective indices on TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with diabetes: a principal component analysis

目的:探讨消渴病患者客观指标对中医辨证分型的影响。方法:研究对象为在普通内分泌科住院治疗的消渴病患者,通过四诊辨证分型,按照辨证分型结果分组,将患者病程、理化检查指标(HBA1C、GGT、TC、TG、LDL、APOA1、CR)纳入主成分分析统计。结果:综合客观指标影响中医辨证分型,其中血脂指标为主要影响因素,年龄、HBA1C、GGT等指标为次要影响因素。结论:客观性理化指标与中医辨证分型有着密切的关联性。

Objective：To investigate the effect of objective indices on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation in patients with diabetes. Methods：The patients with diabetes who were hospitalized in the departmentof endocrinology were included in the study. Syndrome differentiation was performed using four diagnostic methods, and these patients were grouped based on the differentiation results. Course of disease and physiochemical indices （ HbA1 c, GGT, TC, TG, LDL, ApoA1, and CR） were involved in principal component analysis. Results ： Comprehen- sive objective indices influenced TCM syndrome differentiation. Blood lipid was the major influential factor, and age, HbAlc, GGT, etc. ,were the minor influential factors. Conclusion：Objective physiochemical indices are closely correlated with TCM syndrome differentiation.
