老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞形态学变化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察不同类型老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞形态学变化 ,为白内障发病机制研究提供依据。方法 :将白内障手术中获取的不同类型老年白内障晶体前囊膜制成贴片 ,进行 HE染色 ,光学显微镜下观察细胞密度、直径大小、细胞形态改变等。结果 :老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞密度与正常对照组分别为 :40 99个 /mm2和 4788个 /mm2 ,二者差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。皮质性、后囊下性、混合性及核性白内障细胞密度分别为 3799个 /mm2 、386 8个 /mm2 、40 92个 /mm2 及 46 1 4个 /mm2 ;核性白内障与正常相似细胞直径自中间区到周边区逐渐减少 ,其他三型则逐渐增大。结论 :老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞形态学正常发生明显变化 ,不同类型老年性白内障晶体上皮细胞形态学变化各有不同。 Objective:To observe the morphological changes of lens epithlial cells in different senile cataractous forms,and to investigate the relationship between senile cataract and morphological changes of lens epithielial cells (LECs).Methods:Anterion capsules were stained with HE staining and observed under microscope.Results:The densities of LECs in normal lenses and senile cataractous lenses were 4788 cells/mm 2 and 4099 cells/mm 2,respectively.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups.The densities of LECs in nuclear cataract,cortical cataract,subcasular cataract and mixed cataract were 4614 cells/mm 2,3799 cells/mm 2,3868 cells/mm 2,4092 cells/mm 2,respectively.The diameters of LECs in normal lenses and nuclear cataractous lenses decreased from central area to equatorial area.And in cortical cataract,subcapsular cataract and mixed cataract,the diameters increased from central area to equatorial area.Conclusion:Senile cataract has greater LECs morphological changes,and the morpholigical changes in different senile cataract from has their own characters.
