中药神龙液对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

EXPERIMENT STUDY ON EFFECT OF SHENLONGYE ON THE FUNCTI ON OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM OF THE TUMOR RATS

目的 :观察中药神龙液对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :随机将荷瘤小鼠分为研究组 (采用神龙液 )及对照组进行对照研究、观察荷瘤小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,自然杀伤细胞 ( NKC)的杀伤活性 ,迟发性超敏反应以及测定脾脏、胸腺质量。将两组结果相互比较。结果 :神龙液可提高荷瘤小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能和 NKC杀伤活性 ,提高荷瘤小鼠对迟发性超敏反应的应答能力 ,提高荷瘤小鼠脾脏及胸腺质量。研究组同对照组比较上述结果有明显差异。结论

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenlongye (SLY)herbsal liquid on the function of immune system of the tumor ratsMethods:Experimental mice with sarcoma 180(S180)were randomly divided into study group (treated with SLY) and control groupThe following items were measured:the levels of phagocytic function of macrophages,the activity of nature killer cells(NKC),the effects of delayedtype hypersensitivity response(DHR)to sensitizer,and the weight of spleen and thymoThe results of the two groups were compared with each otherResults:The SYL could elevate the levels of phagocytic function of macrophages,promote the activities of NKC,enhance effects on delayedtype hypersensity response to sensitizer,and increase the weight of spleen and thymoThere was a significant difference between study group and control groupConclusion:The SLY could enhance the function of immune system of the tumor rats
