应用FITC-PSA荧光标记法检测人精子顶体结构及功能的初步研究

摘要 目的 :测定人类精子顶体结构及功能来探讨人精子的授精能力。方法 :应用络合异硫氰酸荧光素的豌豆凝集素 ( FITC-PSA )进行精子顶体荧光标记 ,分别测定 5 6例不育患者及 38例正常生育男子的精液标本 ,比较两组间精子顶体完整率 ,精子-透明带结合的差异。结果 :正常生育组的顶体完整率及精子 -透明带结合率均显著高于不育组 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :FITC-PSA荧光标记法操作简便 ,技术结果可靠 ,特异性强 。 Objective:To investigate the Correlationm of the structure and function of human sperm acrosome detected with FITCPSA and the fertility of human spermMethods:The rate of acrosomeintact and the percentage of zonafree penetration test were detected by using Fluoresceinlabeled pisum sativu m in both 38 fertile men group,and 56 infertile men gronp and the differences of the two groups were comparedResults:The acrosomeintact rate and the percentage of zonafree penetration test in fertile men were higher significantly than that in the infertile gronpConclusions:The authors consider that the simple and reliable PSA fluorescent staining is a valuable method for detection of human sperm acrosome
