摘要
目的 :探讨新型抗酸剂氢氧镁铝对实验性胃溃疡的影响。方法 :利用小鼠应激性胃溃疡、小鼠烧灼性胃溃疡、大鼠利血平性胃溃疡及大鼠幽门结扎性胃溃疡的模型 ,同时在幽门结扎性胃溃疡模型中观察其对胃液量、胃酸酸度、胃液 p H值及胃蛋白酶活性的影响。结果 :氢氧镁铝可明显抑制应激性胃溃疡、幽门结扎性胃溃疡和利血平性胃溃疡的形成 ,且可促进烧灼性胃溃疡的愈合 ,对胃酸酸度和胃蛋白酶活性有明显的抑制作用。结论
Objective:To observe the antiulcer effect of the new antacid magaldrate in rodentsMethods:Gastric ulcers were produced by stress,thermal injury,pylorus ligation and reserpineMagaldrate was administered orally in all antiulcer testsWith the exception of the thermal injury,the number of macroscopic ulcers was measuredIn the thermal injury,the area of ulceration was calculated,and the effects on gastric acid and pepsin activities were also investigated in pylorus ligationResults:Magaldrate inhibited the formation of ulcers in various types of gastric ulcer models and decreased the activities of gastric acid and pepsinConclusion:The present results suggest that magaldrate exerts antiulcer effects which appear to result from the inhibitions of gastric acid and pepsin activities
