随着高校扩招带来的读者人数的增加,原有的馆员已无法完成图书馆的工作,越来越多的志愿者加入到图书馆工作中。分析了高校图书馆引入志愿者的意义,阐述了志愿者的招募、培训、管理及激励等工作,以上海大学图书馆为例,介绍了图书馆志愿者团队活动的情况。
