摘要
随着高校图书馆工作的发展,大力使用勤工助学学生已成为一种缓解高校图书馆人员压力的有效措施。分析了勤工助学学生招聘式及管理中存在的问题,提出了"从招聘到管理再到评价"的解决对策。
Along with the development of university library, it has become an effective measure for university library to relieve personnel' s pressure through making full use of work-study students. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the recruitment and management of work-study students, and puts forward some solutions from the recruitment to the management and further to the evaluztion.
