高校图书馆业务统计工作探讨——以西安科技大学图书馆为例

Discussion on University Library’s Professional Statistic Work——Taking the Library of Xi’an University of Science and Technology as an Example

分析了目前高校图书馆业务统计工作存在的主要问题,并从主观和客观两方面探讨了影响高校图书馆业务统计工作的因素,提出了提高高校图书馆业务统计工作水平的措施,包括领导重视支持图书馆业务统计工作、建立健全图书馆统计工作制度、加强统计数据分析提高服务能力、责任明确及时准确地上报各类统计信息、严格执行统计工作程序确保数据真实可靠、完善统计指标体系、制定统计标准、规范统计信息、加强统计人员培训等。

This paper analyzes the main problems existing in university library＇s professional statistic work at present, and probes into the influencing factors of university library＇s professional statistic work from subjective and objective aspects, and puts forward some measures for improving university library＇s professional statistic work including leaders＇ attaching importance to support library＇s professional statistic work, establishing and perfecting the system of library＇s professional statistic work, strengthening the statistical data analysis to improve the service ability, making clear the responsibility of timely and accurately reporting various statistical information, strictly implementing statistical work procedures to ensure reliable data; improving the statistical index system, formulating the statistical standards, normalizing the statistical information, and strengthening the training of statistics personnel, etc.
