图书馆的服务工作中离不开互动。阐述了学科馆员在服务中与采编、咨询、流通等部门之间的互动关系及其与院系学科用户的互动关系,探讨了建立学科馆员评价制度。
The service of the library is dependent on the interaction. This paper expo between subject librarians and purchasing& cataloguing section, consulting section, and unds the interactive circulating section, relations etc. and between subject librarians and subject users of each college/department in their services, and probes into the issue of establishing the evaluation system for subject librarians.
