Discussion on the Issue of U.S.National Cadastral Database

研究了美国全国地籍数据库建设中的数据需求问题、地籍数据管理体制的改革问题,认为美国经验对我国建设全国地理信息系统有借鉴意义,建议我国通过改革,强化法制和政策建设,协调利益,对测绘部门进行资金和政策支持。

This paper studies the data requirements and the reform of cadastral data management system in the construction of U.S. national cadastral database, holds that America＇s experiences have referential significance for China＇ s construction of national geographic information system, and suggests that China should strengthen the construction of legal system and policy through reform, coordinate benefits, and provide financial and policy support to mapping departments.
