高效液相色谱法测定心可舒片中葛根素含量

DETERMINATION OF THE PUERARIA CONTENT IN XINKESHU TABLETS BY RP-HPLC

目的 :建立 RP- HPL C测定心可舒片中葛根素含量的方法。方法 :采用 RP- HPL C方法 ,固定相为 Nova- pak C1 8反相柱( 4μm,3.9m m× 15 0 m m) ,流动相为甲醇 :水 ( 2 0 :80 ) ,测定波长为 2 47nm,柱温 35℃。结果 :线性范围为 12 .5～ 2 0 0 μg(r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 95 .0 1% ,RSD=2 .0 8% ( n =5 )。结论 :该法具有简便 ,灵敏度高 。

Objective:To develop a quantitative method of RPHPLC for determination of the pueraria content in Xinkeshu tabletsMethods:RPHPLC analysis was carried out by using NavaPak C 18 column and methanolwater (20∶80) as the mobile,the detection wavelength was 247 nm,T=35℃Results:The method was linear within the range of 125～200 μg(r=0999 9),and the average recovery was 9501%,and the RSD=208% (n=5)Conclusions:The method was simple ,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible
