摘要
化学镀镧钴磷合金薄膜因其独特的物理、化学性质广泛应用于现代社会的各个领域.利用正交试验法优化了化学镀La-Co-P合金的方法.经过前处理,在最佳参数条件下,利用化学镀方法得到了非晶态的La-Co-P合金薄膜,通过差热-热重分析仪分析了温度对薄膜镀层结构的影响,利用SEM(扫描电子显微镜)、XRD(X射线衍射)、EDS(X射线能谱)和电化学工作站研究了晶化温度对镀层结构、耐腐蚀性以及磁性能的影响.结果表明,在氩气氛下,经过不同温度的热处理,La-Co-P合金膜从非晶体转变为晶体,在铜基体表面上形成了光滑的La、Co、P合金晶体薄膜;经过高温处理的镧钴磷合金薄膜在质量分数3.5%的氯化钠溶液中的耐腐蚀性能、磁性能得到了不同程度的提升.
Lanthanum cobalt phosphorus films prepared by electroless plating have unique physical and chemical properties and are widely used in various fields of modern society.We optimized the method of electroless plating of La-Co-P alloy by orthogonal experiment.After pre-treatment,under the optimal parameters conditions,we prepared amorphous La-Co-P alloy film with electroless plating method.We analyzed the influence of temperature on the structure of the thin film coating by differential thermal-thermal gravimetric analyzer.Effect of the crystallization temperature on the coating structure,corrosion resistance and magnetic were also studied with the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray spectroscopy analysis(EDS) and electrochemical workstation.The results show that after different temperature heat treatment in argon,La-Co-P alloy changes from the amorphous to the crystalline,smooth La-Co-P alloy crystal film is formed on the Cu substrate surface,the corrosion resistance and magnetic properties in the 3.5% NaCl solution of the La-Co-P alloy film which is treated with high temperature can be improved.
