动脉灌注疗法在子宫颈癌综合治疗中的应用

TRANSCATHETER ARTERIAL INFUSION THERAPY IN THE COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT OF CERVICAL CANCER

目的 :研究动脉灌注疗法在子宫颈癌综合治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对 36例子宫颈癌患者进行选择性子宫动脉插管( TAI) ,经导管灌注 CDDP6 0～ 10 0 mg,ADM40 mg,MMC10～ 2 0 mg。TAI后 19例行广泛性子宫切除术 ,17例采用放射线治疗。结果 :TAI疗效 ,CR8.32 % ,PR6 9.4% ,NC2 2 .2 %。放疗组总有效率为 82 .34%。无严重并发症。结论
