摘要
介绍了气雾剂型万能防锈润滑剂的基本组成以及分组分在体系中的防锈作用.利用乳化剂的复配技术原理,通过控制变量法筛选得T-80/Span-80的最优复配比例,在这基础上,通过单因素实验,研究并分析各组分用量对防锈性能影响,当复配乳化剂用量为4.0%,基础油150N为15.0%,XHP高温润滑脂用量为2.5%,凡士林用量为3.0%,缓蚀剂十二烯基丁二酸用量为2.0%,防白水用量为4.0%时,防锈性能最理想,性价比最高。
Introducing a kind of preparation of aerosol anti-rust lubricant and each constituent of the main role in the system. By using the emulsifiers complex technical principles and controlling the variable method of screening gets optimal compounding ratio of T-80/Span-80. On this basis, through the single factor experiment, the amount of each component on the impact of anti-rust performance is studyed and analyzed, when the amount of complex emulsifiers is 4.0%, 15.0% of 150N base oil, XHP temperature grease dosage is 2.5 %, 3.0% of the amount of Vaseline, corrosion inhibitor dodecencylsuccinic acid dosage is 2.0%, anti-Whitewater is 4.0%, however, by this research, the best anti-rust performance and cost-effective Formula of aerosol-type uni- versal anti-rust lubricant could be zotten.
