Discussion on labor productivity of aluminum smelters

分析我国劳动力就业市场的变化及招工难的原因,说明电解铝厂提高实物劳动生产率的必要性。通过对比国内外电解铝厂实物劳动生产率的差别,并分析差别产生的原因,提出提高铝厂劳动生产率的解决措施。

By analyzing of the change of labor employment market and reasons of difficulty of enrolling new workers, the necessity of improving real object labor capacity of aluminum smelters is explained. Based on comparing with the differences of real object labor capacity of aluminum smelters at home and abroad and analyzing reasons, measures of improving labor productivity of aluminum smehers are suggested.
