摘要
基于我国铝土矿品位日益下降的现状,本文以物料平衡计算和热平衡计算为基础,比较分析了铝硅比(A/S)为3.5~6六种品位一水硬铝石型铝土矿采用串联法和选矿拜耳法生产氧化铝的物料消耗和能耗,并对为串联法和选矿拜耳法的推广提出了建议。
Because of status of the bauxite grade being lower and lower,in this paper, the materials consumption and energy consumption of Serial combination process and Dressing Bayer process, which processed medium and low grade diaspore whose AZS were 3.5 to 6, were compared based on calculation of materials balance and thermal balance. And some proposals for Serial combination process and Dressing Bayer process were given.
