摘要
铝水高度是铝电解槽最重要的工艺技术条件之一,铝水高度的调整主要通过调整出铝量来实现,准确的出铝量管理是保证铝水高度稳定控制的根本所在,本文系统探讨了铝水高度基准确定应考虑的因素,对不同测量方法的优缺点进行了比较,并对合理制定出铝计划进行了分析。
The liquid aluminum height is one of important technological conditions, which is mainly regulated by aluminum tapping volume, and the precise management of aluminum tapping volume can ensure liquid aluminum height to stably control. In this paper some factors to confirm standards of liquid aluminum height are discussed, advantages and disadvantages of different measuring methods are compared, and reasonable aluminum tapping scheduling is analyzed.
