冷冻饮品冰淇淋工业是我国既古老又年轻的食品行业。尽管我国是冷冻饮品的发源地,但由于过去经济、科技落后,导致我国的冷冻饮品工业一直处于落后水平。直到20世纪60年代、冰淇淋行业在党和政府的政策支持下,才真正得到发展。 佳绩屡创 势头强劲 近10年来,中国冰淇淋行业变化显著,产量不断增加,花色品种日益丰富,市场容量迅速扩大,消费人群。
Living standards in China have been improving steadily. Ice cream is no longer a luxury dessert, and indeed the potential of this industry is positive. Not only local but foreign enterprises would like to increase their share in this profitable business. This article presents a few pointers for capturing more of the market.
