国外财政金融支农政策及其启示

由于农业的产业特性，各国对农业的支持早已达成共识。本文通过对国外财政金融支农政策的分析，得出了对我国的启示如下：其一，补贴是支农的重要手段，且以收入补贴为主，其二，应结合信贷支持政策，其三，应构建相应的法律保障。

Because of the industrial characterlstics of agriculture, governments have reached a consensus on agricuhural support. This paper, through the analysis of foreign financial support agriculture policy, draw the following enlightenments to China. First, subsidies are an important means of support for agriculture, and should be given priority to with income subsidy. Second, it should be combined with the credit support policy. Third, China should construct the supporting agriculture legal protection.
