The Impact of Unary Dip and Ternary Dip on Dipped Cord Fabric

浸胶液的调配是影响浸胶帘子布的一项重要环节。本文介绍了一元胶、三元胶的配方与调配方法，以及２种浸胶液效果对比。结果表明，一元胶浸胶帘子布的强度明显低于三元胶浸胶帘子布，且一元胶浸胶过程会出现凝胶粘辊现象，而三元胶浸胶过程无此现象出现。

Dip preparation is an important process in dipped cord fabric production. The article introduces the formula and methods for preparing unary dip and ternary dip, and also compares the effects of these two dips. The results show that cord fabric dipped with unary dip is inferior to that dipped with ternary dip in term of tenacity, meanwhile, unary dip may gelatinize and stick to the roller during the dipping process, while ternary dip will not.
