外科防粘连冲洗液联合腹腔镜在粘连性肠梗阻治疗中的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨外科防粘连冲洗液联合腹腔镜在粘连性肠梗阻治疗中的临床价值。方法将36例粘连性肠梗阻患者随机分为两组:对照组12例单纯接受腹腔镜下肠粘连松解术,而观察组24例联合应用外科防粘连冲洗液。结果随访3~24个月,观察组无复发;而对照组有4例复发。结论外科防粘连冲洗液联合腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻优势明显,具有创伤小,恢复快,复发率低等优点;因而值得推广。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction by using the surgical antiblocking rinses and laparoscope.Methods 36 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups: 12 cases of the control group were simply accepted laparoscopic intestinal adhesion release,24 cases of the observation group were combined with the application of surgical antiblocking rinses.Results Followed up for 3 to 24 months,no case in the observation group was recurred,but 4 cases in the control group were recurred.Conclusions The advantages of treatment for adhesive intestinal obstruction are obvious,which used surgical antiblocking rinses and laparoscope,have advantages of small trauma,rapid recovery and low recurrence rate;so it is worthy of promotion.
