703 Cases of Outpatients Medication Consultation Analysis

目的分析门诊患者用药咨询情况,对指导药物应用和提高药学服务提供参考。方法对2012年1月至2012年12月间来门诊咨询药物的703例患者咨询用药资料进行回顾性分析,运用统计表进行分类、汇总。结果 703例门诊问询患者主要关注的问题是:药品作用用途(27.03%)、药品价格(20.91%)、服药注意事项(15.93%)。结论门诊药房咨询服务对普及用药知识,提高药学及相关的业务水平,降低药源性疾病的发生,减少医疗纠纷,树立医院形象具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the situation of outpatient medication consulting provided reference to the guidance of drug applications and improvement of the pharmacy services.Methods 703 cases of information for patients consulting medication between Jan 2012 and Dec 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Moreover,the data was classified and summarized.Results Among the 703 cases of patients with outpatient consulting,the mainly interested problem of the 703 cases were the use of the drugs（27.03%）,the price of the drugs（20.91%） and the note of the medication（15.93%）.Conclusion The service of outpatient counseling has great significance because it can popularize the medication knowledge,improve the pharmacy and related level of the business,decrease the incidence of drug-induced disease,reduce medical disputes,and establish the image of the hospitals.
