16排螺旋CT对主动脉壁间血肿的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨16排螺旋CT对主动脉壁间血肿的诊断价值。方法回顾2005年1月至2013年1月,8年中主脉脉壁间血肿CT影像检查资料。17例主脉脉壁间血肿患者,均行16排螺旋CT检查,并对原始数据进行多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)以及三维容积成像(VR)后处理。结果 16排螺旋CT检查能快速、准确、无创地诊断壁间血肿。结论为临床选择治疗方案提供更多的信息。 Objective To investigate the value of 16 multi-slice spirals CT in diagnosis of primary aortic intramural hematoma. Methods A retrospective in 2005 January -2013 year in January, eight years the main pulse intramural hematoma CT imaging data. 17 cases of primary aortic intramural hematoma patients, underwent 16 slice spiral CT examination, and multiplanar reconstruction of the original data (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and three-dimensional volume imaging (VR) after treatment. Results The 16 row spiral CT examination can fast, accurate, noninvasive diagnosis of intramural hematoma. Conclusion For the choice of clinical therapy for more information.
