摘要
目的建立测定紫地宁血散中没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamond diamonsil C18柱,乙腈–含0.1%三乙胺的0.1%磷酸溶液（1∶99）为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为273nm,柱温为30℃。结果没食子酸在20.475~2047.5ng范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.5%,分析方法精密度（RSD）为0.4%（n=6）。结论所用方法简便、准确,能有效的控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Zidiningxuesan. Methods A Diamond diamonsil Cts column was used, with the mobile phase of a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% solution of phosphoric acid containing 0.1% triethylamine （1 ： 99）. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detective wavelength was 265nm. The column oven was 30℃. Results The standard curves were linear from 20.475 to 2047.5ng for gallic acid. The average recoveries was100.5%, RSD of the analysis method was 0.4% （n=6）. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and reliable for quality control of Zidiningxuesan.
