循环visfatin水平的临床相关性——一项与社区有关的研究

摘要 Visfatin作为作为一种新的脂肪因子有模拟胰岛素作用的特性,它主要在内脏脂肪组织中高表达[1]。Visfatin水平与糖尿病及肥胖的关系尚存在争议,而人群中的visfatin与其他心血管风险因素的关系尚未系统的检测。因此我们提出假说,在社区研究中血visfatin与肥胖、糖尿病及内脏脂肪含量呈正相关。
