腰硬联合麻醉法在妇产科手术中的应用效果研究

Research Epidural Anesthesia Application Effect in Gynecologic Surgery

目的分析对妇产科手术所用腰硬联合麻醉法的治疗效果。方法在院内妇产科患者中抽取112例完成阴式子宫切除术的临床案例,以及采用麻醉方法制定分组回溯式的研究分析。结果在两组之间进行麻醉效果的优秀率比对,通过比较发现研究组在麻醉作用方面要比对照组效果好。结论妇产科疾病在临床中的许多手术都需要在盆腔深部完成操作,这就要求妇产科手术必须具备完善的麻醉效果。腰硬联合麻醉具有较好的麻醉效果,是现阶段阴式子宫切除手术中普遍应用的麻醉法之一。

Objective To analyze the CSEA anesthesia method treatment used in obstetrics and gynecology patients.Methods In the department of obstetrics and gynecology hospital from 112 cases with complete vaginal hysterectomy clinical case,analysis of this formulation corresponding anesthetic effect of packet back type.Results Excellent rate ratio of anesthetic effect between the two groups,by comparison research groups in the anesthetic effect than control group effect.Conclusion Obstetrics and gynecology diseases in clinical practice of many operation would need to be done in deep pelvic operation,which requires the department of gynaecology and obstetrics operation must have perfect anesthetic effect.Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for deep optimal anesthesia method,is the present stage cloudy womb excision method one of the general anesthesia operation.
