摘要 为研究山茶属(Camellia)的山茶亚属(Subgen.Camellia)与茶亚属(Subgen.Thea)分化的时间,利用普通油茶(C.oleifera)叶转录组测序数据及茶(C.sinensis)的公共EST序列进行比较基因组学与进化分析,通过对同源基因对的Ks值和Ka/Ks值的统计分析,结果表明,同源基因对的平均Ks值为0.0311,山茶亚属与茶亚属的分化时间约为552万年前;此外,有131对同源基因的Ka/Ks值大于1,为两个亚属分化以来快速进化的基因。 To assess the divergence time of Subgen. Camellia and Subgen. Thea in the genus Came//ia, a comparative genomic and phylogenetic analysis was conducted with transcriptome data of C. oleifera leaf and publicly available expressed sequenced tags (ESTs) for tea (C. sinensis). Orthologous gene pairs between C. oleifera and tea were utilized to estimate Ks rate and Ka/Ks ratio. The distribution of the Ks rate showed that the divergence time of Subgen. Camellia and Subgen. Thea was a mean value of Ks of 0.0311, namely 5.52 MYA. There were 131 gene pairs to have Ka/Ks ratios more than 1, which meant that those genes experienced a fast evolution since the divergence.
