摘要
大皮伞(Marasmius maximus Hongo)是食用菌类,在我国各地均有分布,对其主要化学成分进行研究具有重要的意义。通过运用多种分离与分析方法(CC、TLC、prep.TLC、MPLC、HPLC等)以及波谱学技术(1D NMR、2D NMR、MS、HR-MS、UV/Vis等)并借助必要的化学手段对其发酵液进行化学成分的研究,共分离得到5个化合物。分别为:麦角甾-4,6,8(14)22-四烯-3-酮、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、三亚麻油酸甘油酯、5-Hydroxymethl-1-2-呋喃甲醛。
Marasmius maximus Hongo is a kind of edible higher fungi. Retaining its chemical constituents is significant importance because of its widely distribution. 5 Compounds, Ergosta-4,6,8 (14),22-tetraen-3-one, (22E,24R)-Ergosta-7,22- dien-35t6-trilDiisbutylphthalateTrilinlein5-Hydrxymethl-1-2-furancarbxadehyde were isolated from the culture of the basidiomycete Marasmius maximus Hongo, obtained by chromatographic methods, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data (1D NMR, 2D NMR, MS, HR-MS, UV/Vis).
