明代西北地区人才地理分布初探

Preliminary Studies on Geographical Distribution of Talents in Northwest China in the Ming Dynasty

西北地区由于地理位置、自然条件、经济文化发展状况以及社会风气等因素的影响,在有明一代,人才地理分布呈现不平衡的特点,以往的研究者缺乏从区域视角对这种分布差异进行深入的探讨。通过对明代西北地区科举进士以及正史列传人物数量统计分析,可以发现,明代西北地区的人才分布呈现明显的地域集聚特征,其中分卷制、解额、自然环境以及外来移民和学校数量是影响当时西北地区人才地理分布的重要因素。

In the Ming Dynasty,as a result of geographical position,natural condition,the development of economy and culture,and general mood of society,the characteristics of geographical distribution of talents in Northwest China is that the distribution is unbalanced.The authors of previous researches made few studies on regional perspective about this kind of distribution differences,that is why we made a overall explanation on the characteristics of geographical distribution of talents in Northwest China in the Ming Dynasty on the base of statistical analysis of imperial examination chin-shih and standard history figures in Northwest China in the Ming Dynasty,and search for the deep reasons lead to this situation on regional perspective.
