真姬菇菌种质量评价方法的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过液体培养、可见光谱分析,探究碳源、氮源单因素及正交优化设计对真姬菇SIEF4104与SIEF4078菌株LBL评价方法的效应,并确立了优化液体培养基组成。结果表明:不同碳源和氮源对同一菌株存在显著性差异,而碳氮源对于优劣菌株间的评价效应差异不显著,即碳氮源因素对于优劣菌株间评价结果的作用相当;相对于添加无机氮源的液体培养基,添加有机氮源的液体培养基的DR值普遍较低。 The effects of carbon and nitrogen sources and orthogonal optimization design on LBL evaluation of H. marmoreus strains SIEF4104 and SIEF4078 were investigated through liquid culture and visible spectra analysis, and the optimal liquid culture medium composition was also determined. The results showed that'different carbon and nitrogen sources had significantly different effects on the spawn quality evaluation of the same strain, while the evaluation results between superior and inferior strains were not significantly different, or the factors of carbon and nitrogen sources had about the same effect on the evaluation between superior and inferior strains. As compared with liquid culture media added with inorganic nitrogen sources, liquid culture media added with organic nitrogen sources were generally lower in decolorization ratio(DR).
