摘要 综述了国内外对抗生素在"有机肥-土壤-农作物"系统中的转化及其影响的研究状况,旨在为降低抗生素危害提供参考。国内外研究表明:规模养殖场产生的畜禽粪便作为有机肥料施入农田土壤前,无害化处理过程需考虑抗生素降解效果,否则存在抗生索进入食物链的潜在风险;土壤微生物、土壤酶活性会受到有机肥料中残留抗生素的影响,间接影响土壤肥力;部分农作物在生长发育过程中受残留抗生素的影响,且会吸收抗生素,使抗生素在食物链中迁移累积,给人类健康带来不可预知的威胁。 The article reviewed the advance in researching into the transformation and impact of antibiotics in an organic fertilizer-soil-crop system at home and abroad in order to provide reference for reducing antibiotic harm. The researches at home and abroad suggested that before animal wastes from mass feeding ground were used as organic fertilizers and applied to farmland, the degradation of antibiotics should be taken into account during the harmless treatment, otherwise there were potential risks for antibiotics to enter food chain ; Antibiotic residues in organic fertilizers would affect soil mi- croorganism and soil enzyme activity and so influence soil fertility indirectly;Antibiotics would be ab- sorbed and accumulated by some crops, thus bringing about unpredictable threat to human health.
