摘要 人羊膜匀浆提取液治疗眼表疾病是近几年来发展较快的一项眼科技术。羊膜匀浆提取液比羊膜移植术使用更加方便快捷。在眼表疾病的基础研究中应用广泛。本文就羊膜匀浆提取液的制备,理化性质以及眼表疾病的应用进展作一综述。 Human amniotic membrane extraction has been recently used in treatment of eye surface diseases.Compared to amniotic membrane transplantation,the use of amniotic membrane extraction is more convenient for clinical practice,and therefore has been extensively studied.Here we reviewed the preparation,properties and applications of amniotic membrane extraction in treatment of eye surface diseases.
