针药联合配合重复经颅磁刺激治疗创伤后应激障碍

Acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder

目的观察针药联合配合高频重复经颅磁刺激rTMS对创伤后应激障碍的临床疗效。方法将30例创伤后出现应激障碍患者随机分为针药联合治疗组和对照组各15例;对照组采用舍曲林药物结合高频TMS治疗,联合治疗组采用调神通络针法联合中药归脾汤配合高频rTMS治疗;观察并分析两组治疗前后的症状评分。结果联合治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针药联合配合高频rTMS对于创伤后应激障碍的治疗效果显著;可作为临床创伤后应激障碍的有效治疗手段,值得大力推广。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture treatment combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the clinical efficacy of posttraumatic stress disorder.Methods 30 cases of post-traumatic stress disorder were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and control group with 15 cases in each group;control group with sertraline drugs combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy,combined treatment group by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine God Tongluo Guipi Decoction Combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy;observation and analysis before and after the two group treatment symptom score.Results The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,there was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder effect;can be used as an effective clinical treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder,it is worthy to popularize.
