摘要
目的研究以去细胞的单环刺缢体壁和胶原海绵所构成的人工组织神经的组织相容性及修复神经缺损的效果。方法取大鼠40只随机分成实验组、自体神经组、硅胶管组及正常组。将去细胞的单环刺缢体壁缝合成神经导管,其内充填可吸收性胶原海绵,修复大鼠10mm坐骨神经缺损。术后4个月,通过组织形态学观察,了解该人工组织神经修复大鼠坐骨神经缺损的疗效。结果该人工组织神经组织相容性良好,神经功能恢复效果正常组>自体神经组>实验组>硅胶管组,实验组疗效与自体神经组接近,明显优于硅胶管组。结论将去细胞的单环刺缢体壁和胶原海绵制成人工组织神经修复周围神经缺损是可行的。
Objective To study the histocompatibility and the possibility of repairing peripheral nerve defect with artificial tissue nerve grafts composed of acellular body wall of urechis unicinctus and medical absorption collagen foam rubber.Methods A series of Sprawn Dawnley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats each.The groups were Experiment group,auto-nerve graft group,silione tube group and normal group.Experimental group: Sciatic nerve defect of 10mm length in rat was bridged with the artificial nerve tissue grafts composed of acellular body wall of urechis unicinctus and medical absorption collagen foam rubber,adding nerve growth factor.The rats of all groups were breeded for 4 months postoperatively.At the end of that time,morphological and statistical study were performed.Results The histocompatibility of the artificial nerve tissue graft was fine.The morphological and statistical study showed that the function of all the groups was superior to that of silicone tube group and experimental group approached the result of autologous nerve graft group.Conclusion To repair the peripheral nerve defect with artificial tissue nerve grafts composed of acellular body wall of urechis unicinctus and medical absorption collagen foam rubber,adding nerve growth factor is a feasible method.
