血友病抑制物的产生与防治对策 被引量:5

摘要 血友病是一种x染色体连锁隐性遗传疾病,常见出血部位为关节和肌肉,反复发生有致残危险;严重出血是颅内出血,如未得到及时有效的治疗可致死。迄今为止,凝血因子替代治疗仍是预防和治疗血友病出血的有效方法,但替代治疗后可能产生FVIII或FⅨ抑制物,是导致凝血因子替代疗效降低甚至无效的重要原因。随着中国血友病防治工作的不断发展,更多的患者得到了正确的诊断和及时的凝血因子替代治疗,同时抑制物的发生率也在攀升。因此,全面、正确地了解抑制物的产生机制及相关危险因素,对于合理有效预防和处理血友病抑制物的产生,改善血友病患者生存质量具有重要意义。
