肺转移瘤的外科治疗价值 被引量：4

摘要 通常认为，肿瘤发生远处肺转移就失去了手术指征。然而我们长期的临床经验表明，许多肺转移瘤患者可以长期存活，并且从手术中获益。国内外也有越来越多的研究表明，肺转移瘤行手术切除后，部分患者仍能长期存活，但必须严格掌握手术标准。我们就外科在肺转移瘤治疗中的价值进行讨论。
