纳米生物材料在创伤修复中的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着纳米科学的迅猛发展和向生物医学范围的延伸,在二者交叉领域内形成了一门新学科——纳米医学。纳米医学是将纳米科学应用于临床诊断和治疗的新技术手段,目前它已成为一门独立的医学分支学科,并正向其他医学专业渗透。纳米医学包括2个方面:纳米医学技术和纳米生物材料(NBM)(图1)。前者已被成功地应用于临床诊断,例如表面增强拉曼光谱(SEllS)就是借助激光光束与纳米金属等电子相互作用,使表面可吸收分子的振动增强,图像经整合后更加清晰,精确。此外,纳米医学技术也被用于NBM的制备(图1),例如制备生物相容性骨替代修复材料,它在调控骨细胞DNA复制与自我生长方面疗效显著。
