颈椎动态稳定器治疗颈椎病的早期疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 随着脊柱运动保留技术即非融合手术的发展，其已经成为治疗脊柱退行性疾患的另一种治疗策略，并已在临床上广泛应用”。颈椎动态稳定器（dynamiccervicalimplant，DCI）正是基于此理念而设计的一种新型颈椎前路减压非融合植入物，目前主要用于治疗颈椎退行性疾病。2009年6月至2011年12月我们对19例颈椎病患者采用颈前路椎间盘切除、椎管减压后DCI植人术治疗，现将其临床资料及随访结果进行回顾性分析，并探讨其临床可行性。
