内镜下不同取材方法对胸内结节病的诊断价值

摘要
结节病是一种多系统受累的肉芽肿性疾病,目前病因尚未明确,可累及全身多个器官。肺和淋巴结受累最常见,近90%的患者胸部影像学显示肺门淋巴结肿大。目前胸内结节病的诊断主要有3个条件:临床症状和胸部影像学提示结节病、病理学证实存在非十酪样坏死性上皮细胞样肉芽肿、除外其他肉芽肿疾病。对于怀疑结节病的患者,特别是对于考虑应用激素治疗的患者,为了除外恶性肿瘤及结核,取得病理学诊断是非常有必要的。
