人工气道的建立——临床选择与实施 被引量：6

摘要 将通气导管经上呼吸道插入或直接置入气管所建立的气体通道，称为人工气道。人工气道不仅可以保持气道开放、改善通气功能、有利于清除气道分泌物，也是实现呼吸机与患者生理气道的有效连接、保证有创机械通气顺利进行的前提条件。
